Get Meghan Markle’s Wedding Day Look
Meghan Markle is officially the Duchess of Sussex and married Prince Harry on May 19, 2018, in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in the United Kingdom. We were having a blast watching her walk down the aisle and were in love with her natural beauty look and classic wedding dresses.
For the ceremony, Markle wore a beautiful Givenchy wedding gown designed by British designer Claire Waight Keller. It was elegant, classic, and figure flattering. We actually found a very similar wedding dress that’s under $4,000!
And we also adored her beautiful natural makeup look done by her longtime makeup artist, Daniel Martin.
How GORGEOUS is #meghanmarkle on her big day? Love 💕 the fresh and natural makeup 💄 done by her longtime makeup artist friend @danielmartin . . #deckofscarlet #scarletlooks #royalwedding #cosmetics #makeupaddict #makeupgoals #makeuptutorial #mua #makeupdolls #makeupglam #makeupprofessional #boldmakeup #makeuplover #makeupjunkie #instabeauty #instamakeup #motd
Here are some of the products we highly recommend to get her look:
- ISDIN Eryfotona Actinica Ultralight Emulsion SPF 50+: A lightweight yet powerful SPF that will apply seamlessly as a base for makeup is a must! If you have to be outdoors for a long time (just like Markle was), this SPF 50+ will stand the test of time.
Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes Waterproof Mascara: This goes without saying, but a waterproof mascara that won’t flake, smudge, or come off during happy teary-eyed moments is crucial.
Dior Addict Lipstick in Tout-Paris 762: A hydrating lipstick that won’t flake off is key! Her gorgeous pout showcased just the right amount of pink and this lipstick is subtle but will still make a statement.
IT! Cosmetics Your Skin But Better™ CC+™ Cream with SPF 50+: Markle showed off her beautiful freckles on her big day and we were so here for it! She barely needed any extra coverage so a CC cream is perfect! This lightweight CC cream also has a high SPF, too, so you’re totally covered. A tiny pump goes a long way!
Deck of Scarlet Edition No.—08 by Kim Thai: She kept her lids smoky but it was still natural. To achieve a sultry but smoky look, we recommend Deck of Scarlet’s latest palette in collaboration with YouTube guru Kim Thai. This palette would actually be perfect to keep around during the big day because aside from the pretty shadows, it also comes with blush, highlighter, lip colors and a gloss.
