Cozy, Ethereal Wedding Inspiration at The General’s Daughter In Sonoma
Loving all of the cozy fall wedding inspo we have been seeing, and this shoot is no exception! Brittany Westermann of Reed + James Events wanted to choose a color palette and theme that would echo and enhance the muted hues of The General’s Daughter. The planners chose gold as the accent color, hoping to bring in a romantic sense that also incorporated the fall season. Achieving an ethereal and romantic look, full of candles, beautiful furniture, and textured flowers. For the dress, they chose a gown by Sarah Seven with many layers of silk, which brought in a different textures element. The stationery featured a hand-drawn portrait of the venue, which was a very fun detail to include. The General’s Daughter has a beautiful porch, so they placed lounge furniture on the porch of the venue to make it feel homey and intimate.
