Easy and Adorable Brunch Recipes to Try

As much as we love going out to brunch and devouring delicious egg dishes and celebrating with bottomless mimosas, we’re also SO HERE for a make-it-at-home bridal brunch moment. We also believe that it doesn’t have to get too complicated to make mouth-watering and adorable treats. That’s why we teamed up with Wilton, one of our favorite brands for all of your baking needs, to create these easy bridal shower recipes.

Not a baker? No worries because these bridal brunch recipes are simple and totally cute.

Mini Savory Brunch Quiches

A brunch isn’t brunch if there aren’t egg dishes! But instead of scrambled eggs or eggs Benedict, we recommend bite-sized quiches. They’re easy to make and they fill you up! We are mindful of non-meat eaters, so we came up with a delish vegetarian option, too.

  • – 2 packages refrigerated pie crusts (14.1 oz each)
    – 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    – 3/4 cup turkey bacon
    – 2 tablespoons minced chives
    – 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    – 1 1/3 cup half and half
    – 4 eggs
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    – 1 cup chopped red bell peppers
    – Vegetable pan spray
    – 1 mega mini muffin pan

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare mega mini muffin pan with vegetable pan spray

STEP 2: Cut 48 2-3/4 inch circles out of pie crusts – we recommend a mini round cookie cutter. Fit dough circles in cavities.

STEP 3: Divide cheese and turkey bacon and chives between half of the shells, and divide chopped red peppers between remaining shells. In large bowl, whisk together half and half, eggs, salt and pepper. Evenly pour egg mixture among all quiches, filling about 3/4 full.

STEP 4: Bake 10 minutes, then rotate pan and reduce oven temperature to 375°F. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until crusts are golden brown at edges and egg mixture is firm. Let cool in pan 5 minutes, then remove to cool.

STEP 5: Sprinkle more pepper and chives if you want! Place them on different plans so your guests know which one is veggie and which one is meat! Enjoy!

Vanilla Sprinkled Donuts

One of our favorite bridal dessert trends is donuts! They’re so delicious, fun and easy to eat, and light. Did we mention they are also adorable? Perfect for a bridal brunch, these vanilla glitter-sprinkle donuts t are so simple to make and perfect to share. The best part? Wilton offers so many gorgeous glittery sprinkle options that you can design your donuts to match your bridal shower vibe.

  • – 2 cups cake flour, sifted
  • – 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • – 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • – 1 teaspoon salt
  • – 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • – 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • – 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • – 2-pack nonstick donut pan
  • – 2 bags of bright white candy melts
  • – 1 microwave safe plastic bag

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray doughnut pan with vegetable cooking spray.

STEP 2: In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Beat until just combined. Fill each pan cavity approximately 2/3 full.

STEP 3: Bake 7-9 minutes or until the tops of the donuts spring back when touched. Let cool in pan 4-5 minutes before removing.

STEP 4: Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe plastic bag. We recommend on lowest heat for 2 minutes.

STEP 5: Move all the melted candy into the bottom of the bag with your hands. Cut a triangle on the edge of the bag for easy piping.

STEP 6: Decorate with sprinkles, edible glitter, or topping treats (these are our favorite)!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

And of course, we need to have an interactive experience during brunch. The best part of the Wilton Chocolate Pro Fountain (besides cuteness) is the fun and interaction guests can have with the food! Perfect for a sweet treat at any bridal shower, gathering around the Chocolate Pro Fountain is the new bottomless mimosa. Throw in some fancy sprinkles from the Wilton Assorted Topping Tackle Box and you have a total party. Pro tip: We definitely recommend having skewer sticks handy to avoid any messes!

  • – Wilton Chocolate Pro Fountain and fondue chocolate value pack
  • – Skewer sticks
  • – Microwave safe bowl
  • – Fresh strawberries
  • Sprinkles
  • *Optional: We also recommend pretzels, marshmallows, pineapples, graham crackers!

STEP 1: Preheat the chocolates in a microwave safe bowl for about 3 minutes on low heat
STEP 2: Add the warm chocolate into the Chocolate Pro Fountain.
STEP 3: Once the chocolate is melting and running on the machine, place your desired item (we recommend using sticks to avoid messes) and slowly swirl until you get the ideal amount of chocolate.
STEP 4:  Place the strawberries on a pretty plate or tray and let them cool. You can eat them cool or warm – both ways are so delicious.
STEP 5: Make them pretty! Add some pretty sprinkles for a pretty touch.
