Stocking the bar for a sweet summer bridal shower? Searching for a signature cocktail for the big day or morning-after brunch?  There are so many good reasons to raise a glass these days that we tapped the mixology masterminds over at Stella Artois Cidre to bring you some of the tastiest toast-worthy cocktails for all of your wedding events.
For the Bridal Shower: The "Stella Artois Cidre Bellini" Serve-up something sweet and refreshing that your guests can happily sip on all afternoon. This recipe is so deliciously simple, consider setting out the ingredients (opt for carafes with chalkboard labels or hanging tags) and letting the ladies mix their own drinks. They'll love playing bartender! Stella Artois Cidre Bellini 2 oz. pear juice or pear puree 4 oz. Stella Artois Cidre Pre-chill the Stella Artois Cidre glass or Champagne flute with ice cubes and discard the ice before pouring in the cocktail. Pour the Stella Artois over the pear juice or pear puree and serve (can be pre-mixed in a jug). For the Big Day: The "Stella Artois Cidre Appletini" We hear wedding bells! After a beautiful ceremony under the summer sun, guests will be ready to kick off the cocktail hour with an ice cold apple martini. This festive drink is sweet but tart, making it a perfect pick for a range of palettes. Ask the bartenders to start mixing as the ceremony wraps up, so your guests won't have to wait in line for this popular pick. Stella Artois Cidre Appletini 1 1/2 oz. vodka 2 1/2 oz. Stella Artois Cidre 1/4 oz. cinnamon liqueur or schnapps Pre-chill the Stella Artois Cidre glass or martini glass with ice cubes and discard the ice before pouring in the cocktail. Mix and stir all the ingredients over ice and strain before pouring in the glass. Garnish with a thinly sliced apple wedge. For the Post-Wedding Brunch: The "Stella Artois Cidre Cimosa" Nothing says brunch quite like a mimosa, but a special occasion calls for a special spin on the classic cocktail. Orange juice and cidre come together to create a light and refreshing drink that pairs perfectly with pancakes, eggs, bagels, and anything else on the buffet. If you don't have servers, let guests make their own libations! Stella Artois Cidre Cimosa 3 oz. orange juice 3 oz. Stella Artois Cidre Pre-chill a wine glass with ice cubes and discard the ice before pouring in the cocktail. Pour the Stella Artois Cidre over the orange juice, mix, serve, and viola! Dip an orange slice in sugar and place it on the rim of the glass. Cheers to a summer full of delicious cocktails and reasons to celebrate!
