Friday Feels: Samira Wiley AKA Poussey from 'OITNB' is Engaged to the Show's Writer

Happy Friday, Loverlies! Here in NYC, Bridal Fashion Week is in full swing and a slew of gorgeous gowns are continuing to parade down the runways. Stay tuned for the latest drool-worthy trends! Until then, here’s a glimpse of what we were buzzing about this week: 1. It's a boy! While on the Today show, Ashton Kutcher gushed about his unborn bundle of joy and how his daughter, Wyatt, totally understands that she's getting a sibling. Although he and Mila Kunis have been known to be private about their personal life, Kutcher unintentionally blurted out, "She points to Mila and she's like, 'baby brother'" We're dying to meet baby No.2!

2. Malia and Sasha Obama are gearing up to be bridesmaids! It's a White House love story! The first lady's ex-chief of staff, Kristen Jarvis, fell in love with the President's former secret service agent, Shaun West, while working together. Daily Mail reports that Jarvis has played a significant role in the First Family's life and developed a big sister relationship with Sasha. It's no wonder she asked the two ladies to be her 'maids!

3. Boogie in style. Kathryn Holloway and her newly-wed husband, Philip Wood, had the best surprise in store for their guests. Being a huge Star Wars Fan, they teamed up with Britain's Got Talent Finalists, Boogie Storm, and choreographed an epic first dance routine. Just wait until 3:10 of the video...the bride completely shocks everyone by revealing herself as one of the dancers! 4. A love story played out behind the scenes. Samira Wiley, also known as the much-loved character Poussey Washington in Orange is the New Black, fell in love with the show's writer, Lauren Morelli. When Morelli first started writing for the show, she had recently tied the knot with her then-husband, Steve Basilone. She began to question her sexuality and soon, came out publicly through an essay for Mic saying, "I went through it all on set: I fell in love with a woman, and I watched my life play out on screen." She and Wiley started dating in 2014 and this past Tuesday, they both flashed a huge smile with Wiley's new sparkler. We're over the moon for the happy couple!

5. Another Litchfield inmate is tying the knot!  There's a lot to celebrate this week for the cast of OITNB. Co-star Laura Prepon flashed her new bling as she stepped onto the red carpet at NYC's The Girl On The Train premiere. Major congrats are in order for Prepon and her fiancé, Ben Foster!
